Tricia Gunn is the founder of Parresia Ministries and author of the book, Unveiling Jesus. Involved in ministry for over two decades, Tricia Gunn has always had a passion to see God’s beloved children healed and delivered — physically, emotionally, and spiritually. She has had the honor of touching many people through writing curriculum on spiritual freedom and prayer as well as leading conferences in which thousands have participated. She has enjoyed the privilege of a front-row seat to witness the Lord’s miraculous power to transform countless lives for His glory. Today she teaches and writes about the extravagant love of the Father, the amazing grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the intimate friendship of the Holy Spirit. Tajuan McCarty is founder of The WellHouse, a non-profit, Christ-centered agency dedicated to rescuing women from sexual exploitation and human trafficking. At 15, Tajuan was sexually exploited by her “boyfriend-turned-pimp” making her uniquely qualified and a passionate advocate for victims of sexual exploitation and human trafficking. She has assisted women ex-offenders to re-enter society; helped implement Alabama’s first program devoted to helping chronically homeless, severely mentally ill women, and is a social worker for the Alabama Department of Human Resources. She holds Master’s degrees in Public Health and Public Administration, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Tajuan was recognized as one of The Top 20 Women Who Make a Difference in Birmingham and accepted The FBI Director’s Community Leadership Award on behalf of The WellHouse due to her efforts to fight human trafficking.
